At TyNewydd Alpacas our family business produces 100% fine pure alpaca wool fleece products using only natural colours. From Alpaca wool beanie hats to blankets. Please ensure that you have read the following terms and conditions carefully. The terms set out what you can expect from us and the conditions on which you agree to be bound as and when you place your online order.

All payments on www.tynewyddalpacas.co.uk are taken in GBP (£)

We process all payments using Paypal and accept the following payment methods.

  1. CUSTOMER

1.1 To place an order with us you must be over 18 years of age, and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name.

1.2 We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your account with us at our discretion.

1.3 Our Terms and Conditions will apply to you on becoming our customer.

1.4 Please ensure that the information you provide us with is correct and up to date and notify us as soon as possible of any changes.

1.5 Please make sure that you have read our statement on our privacy policy.

  1. CONTRACT

2.1 This website is operated by TyNewydd Alpacas. When you place an order on the website we will confirm your order by sending you an email to the email address you have provided. This email will list all products you have ordered, the price and delivery details. This is not an acceptance by us. A legally binding contract will only arise once we have completed the delivery of the goods to you the customer.

2.2 Please ensure that you, the customer, have provided us with the correct email information to us as we cannot be held responsible for any spam filtration should this occur.

  1. MAKING CHANGES, CANCELLING THE CONTRACT OR REQUESTING A REFUND

3.1 A confirmation email will be sent out on completion and receipt of your order with us. This email will contain details including the latest time for amending or cancelling your order.

3.2 Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off time or after the seasonal cut off time but prior to delivery, we may charge you in full.

3.3 Any cancellation must be sent to us by email within 2 Hours of your order.

3.4 Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will either send a replacement product with your order, or arrange a full refund within 7 working days.

  1. PRODUCT PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

4.1 The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order by clicking “Checkout” and will be inclusive of any VAT (if applicable).

4.2 Delivery mail charges will be made clear on point of purchase and payment of goods.

4.3 We will debit the total cost of your order at the time you place your order.

  1. ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY

Should you require a different delivery service please contact us by email / contact form, where we will inform you of the additional cost and availability to do this.

  1. DELIVERY

6.1 We always aim to deliver your order within 3 working days from the time you placed your order.

  1. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED.

7.1 We are committed to offering you our very best service and the best produce and we guarantee the quality of all goods and produce you order from us. You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in the event that you are not happy please inform us via the ‘Contact us’ page.

7.2 If the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we will endeavour to put things right. If you need to return the item ordered we will accept returns provided they are returned in the same condition as sold and within 14 days.

  1. WHAT WE CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR

8.1 We are not liable for goods once they have been delivered to the address on your order.

8.2 The packaging is there to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

8.3 Please note that we will do our best to ensure that access to our website is uninterrupted and that transmission are error-free but, given the nature of the internet, this is not something that we are able to guarantee. There may be occasions where access is suspended or restricted so that we can undertake repairs, maintenance or improvements. We will keep such occasions to a minimum and restore full access as soon as we can.

9.1 These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between us. Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement shall not prejudice our entitlement to rely on any of our rights in the future.

9.2 We shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations if that delay of failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control.

9.3 We reserve the right to change our website, policies and terms and conditions at any time but this shall not affect the terms and conditions prevailing at the time you make a purchase.

9.4 Whilst we take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

9.5 Goods may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the goods on our website are of undyed natural coloured Alpaca fleece, as a natural product , there will be variants in the fleece’s colour . Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that devices display the colours accurately. Your goods may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and colours indicated on our website are approximations only unless we state otherwise.
